I live in the treasure valley area and have for thirteen years. I am raising my family here with my wife (a fourth generation Idahoan), and our daughter and son. I love what Idaho has to offer my family. An abundance of outdoor activities mixed with city life is exactly what my family enjoys. I came to Boise, Idaho back in 2007 to attend Boise State University. As a Boise State University Alumni I understand the passion this community has to education, opportunity, careers, and family life. I have had a front row seat to Aaron's passion for building and creating  decks since 2013. I knew when he wanted to venture off into his own company that he would be able to create crews with integrity and precision and help homeowner's transform their spaces. 

I graduated from Boise State University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and have worked for incredible companies ever since honing my skills in accounting, legal, HR, graphic design, marketing and sales. It is with these skills I run all things accounting, administrative and marketing with Alder and Oak.

Kyle brings over 12 years of experience in construction and decking. He has an extensive background in working with decks and has proven craftsmanship and leadership skills. You will enjoy having Kyle working on your project as you hear his unique laugh throughout your day. Kyle is a proud father to two girls and happily married to his high school sweetheart.

Tony brings over 20 years of construction experience and is an expert framer with a serious eye for detail. Every deck Tony has worked on comes out beautiful and pristine. Tony is always willing to go above and beyond for homeowners and once showed up prior to work to help a homeowner fix their siding that the homeowner had accidentally damaged when they were reversing from their driveway and he asked for nothing in return. He is a proud father and grandpa and loves sharing stories and photos. 

Jorden is a Boise State alumni with her bachelor's degree. She is a talented artist and has proven to be a great asset to Alder and Oak. She helps to coordinate projects by creating beautiful 3D renderings, researching building codes, managing the permitting process, and ensuring all designs and building codes are upheld during the build. She has a very kind demeanor and loves helping homeowners bring their visions to life. She is a proud aunt, pop culture enthusiast, and novel hiker. 

Cameron has been with Alder and Oak since basically our inception. He has grown a true love for deck building and demonstrated a real ability to ensure projects run as smooth as possible with his innate skill of operation management. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and a proud father to two girls.

Brandon has been with Alder and Oak since we first opened and brings over 5 years of experience in construction. He is a tremendous help on jobs and has proven a great ability in managing inventory for company assets and job supplies. You'll love having Brandon on your job as he brings a happy, upbeat energy to his days. He is a proud dog dad, very family oriented and active in his faith.
